FRC were instructed to carry out felt repairs to the felt roof coverings and make good to pipes that had been removed. When on site FRC where asked to price to recover the main area and also asked if it could be done in a 3 week time frame for when the hand over date was.
FRC cleaned and prepared the existing felt roof coverings and recovered all roofs with Sika Trocal Adhered system and was completed in just under 2 weeks. All handed over with no issues, FRC have since had repeated work from the contractor and building a good relationship between the two companies.
