ROOF SYSTEM • Sika Trocal single ply

We were approached by a builder who was let down by his roofer and with the plasterboard being done inside he required the roof covering straight away  FRC were on site the next day and completed in one day and working in and out the heavy rain showers.

Frc used a Sika Trocal adhered system straight to the plywood deck with metal trims to abutments and roof lights.

There were a few tricky details to get over and this is why we used Sika Trocal as it is very flexible and easy to work with.

The builder and the owner of the property were both very happy.
